OUR STORY

Today, IPB Partners is a boutique consulting firm working with trainers and midsize to large companies, many of which operate around the world. We are the authorized partners of Everything DiSC (A Wiley Brand) in the Baltic states and Russia. We offer behavioural assessment and development solutions developed by Wiley which we’ve adapted to specific target markets.

Over the years we’ve learned a lot about what makes a business successful. We’ve seen the positive impact of strong leaders and teams, both within our company and in organizations we work with. We want others to experience the same transformative benefits, which is why we’re so excited by the work we do to develop meaningful workplaces where everyone can perform to their fullest potential.
